Clinton Elks Lodge #2434 in NJ West Central District is a benevolent organization that is open to the public and enjoys seeing new faces. Our 30-acre country park-like setting includes a wide variety of activities, with ample parking, for any business function/picnics, family outings, weddings, charitable events, retirement or any special occasion you wish to celebrate.

Take advantage of our 30-acre facility and we’ll host a recreational day of fun – that everyone will remember and truly enjoy! We have 3 horseshoe pits, a sanded volleyball court, a softball field and fishing pond. Bring your favorite karaoke host, DJ or band and enjoy the music from the pavilion and outside stage. And, you don’t need to walk very far if you just want to sit and enjoy the day – the kitchen, serving areas (food and bar) and restroom facilities are centrally located.

Inside our lodge we have a well stocked bar, two pool tables, two dart boards, a Newly Refinished Shuffle Board , jukebox and TV for all types of sport fans. Or, bring your own band, DJ or karaoke host and listen to the music from our banquet room. Our handicapped restroom facilities are located inside. 30 acres of recreational activities:

    Outside Ground rental(Outside Rental)

  • Corporate/Weddings: $500.

  • Private/Family: $300 up to a Hundred people, $350 for over a hundred.

  • Set up fee: $125
  • Kitchen Fee: $100
  • Bartender: $75.00 Per
  • After 5 hours the fee for any Additional hours is $75 for grounds.

  • 7% Sales Tax

    Inside Rental Fees:

  • Room Rental (5 Hours)$175.00

  • Private Cash Bar & Bartender: $100.00

    Additional Rate Beyond 5 hours $50 per hour.

    7% Sales Tax

  • Beverages:
     

  • A fee of $100 for unlimited soda. 

  • Assorted sodas
  • Coffee (decaf, regular)
  • Tea
  • Iced Tea/Lemonade Included: half and half, milk, sugar

     

  • Bar cost separate from basic menu

  • On tap: Budweiser, Coors Light, Yuengling, and Miller Lite.

  • PA Birch Beer on tap

  • Fully Stocked Bar

  • Payment Terms:

  • Deposit due upon signing of Facility Rental Agreement.

  • Final payment due day of event.

    Cancellation Policy:
    In the event of cancellation, the client agrees that the original deposit  is non refundable.

    NOTE:
    1. Franklin Township Resolution 95-46a, requires a police officer on the grounds with the attendance of 250 or more people. The cost of the police officer is $70.00 per hour and will be borne by the client.

  • 2. If greater than 250 people are to attend, or if disability facilities are requested, portable toilets will be provided at the clients expense.

  • 3. All dogs MUST be on a leash and Must be cleaned up after.

  • 4. Shoes and shirts are required.

  • 5. NO alcoholic beverages are to be brought on the premises.

  • 6. NO one under the age of 21 years old is to consume any alcoholic beverages.
